Mission
ONIC is dedicated to eliminating load shedding by strategically investing in hydropower projects. We aim to collect share capital actively from the general Nepali population, both locally and abroad, to seize the opportunity presented by a favorable investment environment.

Our Objectives

To invest in projects related to hydropower production, development and expansion
Feasibility study of projects for hydropower generation, detailed project description, investment promotion, power development, transmission and distribution related work.
Providing hydroelectric, hydromechanical, civil construction related equipment and technology required for hydropower generating projects.
Importing materials needed for hydropower production, development and expansion.
Development, expansion and promotion of alternative energy.
To carry out necessary consulting, capital management and promotion work for hydropower and other alternative energy projects to be built for the purpose of energy development in Nepal, as well as managing the necessary capital for the project in coordination with potential investors, individuals, companies and banks.
Buying shares of other companies and investing in shares,
The company will sell its shares and make joint investments based on the company's share capital in other companies, projects and under the concept of investment of mutual fund.
To import and sell the technology and goods required for the development of alternative energy.
To bring the projects that could not be implemented due to lack of capital after the completion of the feasibility study, to develop, operate and promote such projects by bringing in investments from domestic and foreign investors within the scope of the policies, rules and laws of the Government of Nepal.
